DESPRO team monitoring visits was carried out to Vinnytsia oblast and AR Crimea on January 19-22, 2010 upon completion of the 1st phase (2007-2009) of the project. Monitoring was motivated by the necessity to meet with community organizations and local authorities, as well as ascertain projects’ tasks implementation on-site.
 
In Vinnytsya oblast DESPRO professionals visited Illinetskyi rayon (v.Volodymyrivka, v.Illinetske), Kalynivskyi rayon (v.Lyulyntsi) and Tulchynskyi rayon (v.Bilousivka, v.Majaky, v.Suvorivske, v.Nestervarka). In AR Crimea DESPRO team went to Nizhniogirskyi rayon (v.Shyroke, v.Frunze) and Bakhchysaraiskyi rayon (v.Samokhvalovo, v.Berehove, v.Uhlove).

Visit results demonstrate that although the majority of projects is completed, a small part of them still needs documenting. Soon all communities will be complemented on the successful completion of the projects.
