27-29th  of January. Koncha-Zaspa, Kyiv rayon. Swiss-Ukrainian DESPRO Project organized and conducted the training for trainers on regional and local development programs. Tutors of public servants’ professional development centers of AR Crimea, Sevastopol, Vinnitska and Sumska Oblasts and Lviv took part in the training. Some of the DESPRO local projects’ activists also participated. 
The aim of the training was to help the audience in obtaining basic skills and knowledge of conducting trainings on the local and regional development programs. As a result 17 listeners have been trained for work on the regional and local level.
Also the unified training program for the further implementation in public servants professional development has been developed.
Anatoly Chemerys – Association of Ukrainian Cities Deputy Managing Director – conducted the training. Since 1995 Mr. Chemerys  works in a sphere of public servants professional development and has a prosperous background in the training programs design.
