6 August 2010. Launching ceremony has held in Mayaky village of Tultchyn Rayon, Vinnytsya oblast. From now 260 household will benefit the decentralized water supply service. This project was implemented from June 2009 to August 2010 by the village community in cooperation with local authorities and Swiss –Ukrainian Decentralization support Project DESPRO.
Almost all Mayaky inhabitants gathered to celebrate this event. Joint project has rallied people together and made people more self-confident in their undertakings.
Village and Rayon Public Administration representatives, community leaders and DESPRO management addressed all present with warm greetings.
