The Conference has been initiated by the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. The highest levels of government, major international institutions and organizations, including the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, the EU project "Sustainable regional development support in Ukraine", the UN Development Programme in Ukraine are involved In organizing the conference. Leading experts of the Project "Support to decentralization in Ukraine" will participate as well.
