National Academy under the President of Ukraine and DESPRO United for Developing the Web-Portal of Interregional Information and Training Network “Effective State”
Swiss-Ukrainian Project “Decentralization Support in Ukraine” Expert Body met on 26th October 2011. Meeting’s goal was to discuss the issues concerning the development and design of web-portal for Interregional Information and Training Network “Effective State”.
Current portal’s design, its conceptual and technical solutions were presented at the event.
Mr. Andriy Zhuravlyev, head of the Distant (eLearning) Training Centre, National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) spoke about the resources and administration/management of NAPA Interregional Information and Training Network as well as integration of scientific and practical portals under “Effective State”. The speaker presented modern technology of public servant’s virtual office “My office”.
Mr. Ihor Katernyak stressed the importance of communities and eLearning both for portal’s concept and for knowledge management, in particular.
On 31st October the testing of eLearning courses, developed by DESPRO and its communities was launched in NAPA Dnipropetrovsk and Lviv regional institutes.
Portal’s presentation and launching is planned for December 2011.
