On 18^th April 2012 meeting of Vinnytsya Oblast Council, Vinnytsya Oblast State Administration and Vinnytsya City Council with representatives of Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and DESPRO took place in Vinnytsya.

DESPRO experience in the sphere of water supply projects’ implementation in Vinnytsya Oblast as well as the possibility for additional financing of 6 water supply projects implementing within Oblast call for proposals for projects and programs operating in the area of local self-government were highly appreciated during the meeting (http://www.orada.if.ua/index.php?id=466 )

Besides, Oblast positively reacted to DESPRO proposal on further cooperation in the sphere of improving the current legislation on decentralization, reforming local self-government and territorial structure of Ukraine.
