Workshop “Community of Practice: Innovations in Local Self-Government”

“Oh, Crimea! Foros and seminar:
With knowledge management
Collect everything, like nectar.
Apply your skills.
Let sea inspires you,
and brings new possibilities.
We are defining “strong” and “weak”,
Training means all for us!
I’ll share everything I know.
Like Confucius once loved to do.
