Competition to participate in the current-year School of the local self-governance to start on May 4 2015 as long distance (e-course), and then be moved to Kiev for day-studies in two stages:

Stage I -May 20-22, 2015;

Stage II  -  autumn 2015 року.

Staff of the local self-governance bodies – members of all-Ukrainian association of the local self-governance bodies -  are invited: 

- Village and settlement heads;

· Raion council heads;

· Town mayors.
