The DESPRO project and the Association of Amalgamated Territorial Communities conducted a survey of local governments' representatives to study the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) and quarantine counteractive measures on local government in the following areas:
1. small business and farming activities;
2. activities of utility companies;
3. changes in the social sphere.
The survey results are available in Ukrainian under the link.
