Visual communications for communal enterprises start with the smallest details, like work uniforms of their teams. The uniforms unifies the team, and contributes to forming a positive professional image of a communal enterprise. 

Just as water supply systems are modernized by common effort of DESPRO and partnering communities, the communication of service providers and its users develops. These processes are intertwined on the way of each DESPRO partner community to sustainable service provision.

Shalyhyno community in Sumy region is a partner to DESPRO since 2018. The community continues the implementation of the Program of Increasing the Effectiveness of Water Supply System. In addition to it, the DESPRO project cooperates with the community in developing the local service provider's visual identity and the brandbook.  

Bereza community in Sumy region became the DESPRO partner in 2016. The cooperation continues in water supply and sanitation, as well as solid waste management. Already in 5 villages the water network was repaired, the boreholes were modernized, etc., as well as the waste sorting system was introduces and new equipment was purchased. Additionally, the DESPRO project cooperates with the community in developing the local service provider's visual identity and the brandbook.
