This brief presents some highlights linked to
developing the capacities of local authorities
and public utilities (communal enterprises) in
Water Supply and Sanitation (WSS) service
provision, with a focus on engagement with small
towns and Amalgamated Territorial Communities
(ATCs) after 2014.
